Démarches pour réaliser des travaux à Montjean

Les étapes de votre démarche

Définir le projet

Identifiez précisément la nature des travaux envisagés : construction, extension, rénovation, clôture, démolition ou division foncière.

Vérifier l’autorisation

Selon le projet, une déclaration préalable ou un permis peut être requis. Il est essentiel de vérifier le bon régime applicable avant dépôt.

Déposer le dossier

Le dépôt s’effectue prioritairement en ligne sur le portail usagers. Les formulaires papier ne sont à utiliser qu’à titre exceptionnel.

Attendre l’accord

Les travaux ne doivent pas démarrer avant obtention de l’autorisation lorsque celle-ci est obligatoire.

Protection patrimoniale et Bâtiments de France

Si votre projet est situé dans un périmètre patrimonial protégé, votre demande peut être soumise à l’avis ou à l’accord des Bâtiments de France.

Dans ce cas, il est fortement recommandé d’anticiper la conception du projet et de solliciter un avis en amont afin de faciliter l’instruction du dossier et de sécuriser sa conformité architecturale.

Conseil utile : avant de déposer votre dossier, une rencontre avec les interlocuteurs compétents peut permettre d’ajuster le projet et d’éviter des demandes de modification ultérieures.
