Bienvenue dans cet espace citoyen indépendant dédié aux habitantes et habitants de Montjean. Cette page a été pensée comme un point de contact de proximité, afin de favoriser l’écoute, la remontée d’informations du terrain et le dialogue local dans un esprit constructif, respectueux et orienté vers l’intérêt général.

Une démarche de proximité au service des habitants

Je suis Julien Bourlet, élu au conseil municipal de Montjean, créateur et gestionnaire de cette plateforme citoyenne dédiée à la vie locale.

À travers cet espace, mon objectif est simple : rester à l’écoute des habitantes et des habitants, faciliter la remontée des informations utiles, mieux comprendre les besoins du quotidien et contribuer, dans le cadre de mon mandat, à faire circuler les sujets importants auprès du maire, du conseil municipal ou des interlocuteurs concernés.

Cette plateforme a vocation à créer un lien direct, humain et constructif entre le terrain et la réflexion communale. Elle s’inscrit dans une volonté de dialogue, de réactivité et d’attention portée aux réalités concrètes de la commune.

Cet espace n’a pas pour objet de se substituer aux services administratifs de la mairie. Il s’agit d’une initiative citoyenne indépendante, conçue pour faciliter l’écoute locale, valoriser les remontées utiles et renforcer la proximité entre les habitants et leurs représentants.

Ma mission dans cet espace

En tant qu’élu local, je considère qu’un mandat ne se limite pas aux réunions, aux délibérations ou aux séances du conseil municipal. Il implique également une présence de terrain, une capacité d’écoute et une attention sincère portée aux préoccupations de la population.

Écouter Permettre à chacun de faire remonter un besoin, une difficulté, une suggestion ou une observation utile à la vie de la commune.
Relayer Porter à la connaissance du maire, du conseil municipal ou des interlocuteurs adaptés les informations qui relèvent de l’intérêt communal.
Valoriser Mettre en lumière les initiatives locales, les bonnes idées, les besoins du terrain et les propositions constructives des habitants.

Quels sujets peuvent être remontés ?

L’espace citoyen a vocation à accueillir des remontées utiles à la vie locale, dès lors qu’elles sont formulées avec clarté, respect et dans un esprit d’intérêt général.

  • signalement d’un problème du quotidien dans la commune ;
  • remontée d’une difficulté observée dans un espace public ou dans la vie locale ;
  • suggestion d’amélioration pour le cadre de vie, les équipements ou les services ;
  • proposition citoyenne en faveur de la commune, de ses habitants ou de ses associations ;
  • information utile méritant d’être portée à la connaissance des élus.
Important : les demandes adressées via cet espace sont analysées et, lorsqu’elles relèvent de l’intérêt communal, peuvent être relayées à titre informatif aux instances ou services concernés. Cet espace ne constitue ni un guichet administratif officiel, ni un service d’urgence, ni un canal de traitement automatique garanti.

Comment fonctionne cet espace ?

Vous transmettez une information Via les formulaires dédiés, vous pouvez faire remonter un sujet, une idée ou une difficulté concernant la vie locale.
La demande est relue et qualifiée Chaque message est examiné afin d’identifier sa nature, son intérêt communal éventuel et son niveau de pertinence.
Le sujet peut être relayé Lorsqu’il entre dans le champ de l’intérêt général local, il peut être porté à la connaissance du maire, du conseil municipal ou de l’interlocuteur compétent.
Le dialogue local est renforcé L’objectif est de fluidifier la remontée d’informations du terrain et de favoriser une meilleure prise en compte des réalités vécues par les habitants.

Cette plateforme a été conçue pour offrir un cadre moderne, clair et accessible, permettant à chacun de mieux suivre la vie de la commune et de faire entendre, lorsque cela est utile, sa voix et ses observations.

Cadre de l’initiative

Cet espace citoyen s’inscrit dans une démarche indépendante de proximité. Il ne remplace pas les canaux administratifs officiels de la commune et ne constitue pas une permanence institutionnelle au sens administratif du terme.

Son rôle est de favoriser l’écoute, la remontée d’informations et l’expression citoyenne dans un cadre sérieux, mesuré et utile à la vie locale.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
